We are delighted to offer free delivery on all US orders from our website. Returns are also free as standard.
Our standard delivery time is 2 – 7 working days. Where possible we always try our very best to get the order to you within 3 days, but this isn’t always possible.
We aim to deliver all orders in line with the stated delivery times however sometimes events outside of our control may cause a delay to these times. Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all orders in line with the delivery times above. Estimated delivery times are also dependant on the order being reviewed and accepted by your payment provider, and the availability of items included in your order.
Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed. We are also unable to deliver to Freight Forwarding or PO Box addresses.
Please kindly note that your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns information
We hope that you are happy with your recent order but if your purchase isn’t suitable, you have 30 days to return your order at no extra cost from the day it’s shipped.
Items must be returned unopened within the original packaging and completely intact. Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us before proceeding with your return.
Please note that orders placed online are not eligible for store return.
